If you have symptoms such as fever, unexplained chills, cough, sore throat, breathlessness OR recent onset of headache, myalgia, runny or stuffy nose, anosmia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea IN ADDITION TO being in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 OR have returned from overseas in the past 14 days PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CLINIC. 

We do not have the appropriate facilities to test for COVID-19, however the GPs can arrange a request form to enable testing at a nearby collection centre. Please book online or give us a call on 03 9088 8822 to arrange a telephone appointment. 

Again, if you meet the above criteria, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND THE CLINIC, as this will assist in preventing a potential spread of the Coronavirus. The virus can spread quite easily & quick, please avoid contact with other people, do not go into crowded spaces or on public transport.
